• These terms are binding from the moment you first access the SK 69 platform.
• In the event of any discrepancy between the Bahasa Malaysia version and any other translation, the Bahasa Malaysia version shall prevail.
• SK 69 reserves the right to terminate your access to the platform at any time should you breach any of these terms.

To use SK 69's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged 18 years and above on the date of registration.
• Is a Malaysian resident who is a legal resident or citizen of Malaysia.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not restricted by any local laws from using online gambling services.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) SK 69 account only. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, or phone numbers — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of any balances held.

All withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered in the user's name only. SK 69 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. SK 69 reserves the right to request additional documents (such as bank statements or identification) before approving large withdrawals or a new account's first withdrawal.

SK 69 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward player loyalty. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated on their respective promotion pages, and the following general conditions apply to all SK 69 promotions:

• Each bonus has a wagering requirement that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements are typically between 15x and 30x the bonus value.

• The outcome of all slots and Live Casino games is generated by a RNG (Random Number Generator) independently verified. There is no human intervention in determining game outcomes.
• All sports bets are final once confirmed by the system. SK 69 will not void accepted bets except in specified technical cases.
• Should a technical disruption occur during an incomplete game round, SK 69 reserves the right to void the round in question and return the wager to the player.

• Duplicate accounts — owning or operating more than one SK 69 account.
• Bonus abuse — using unauthorised methods to exploit the bonus system, including bonus hedging.
• Unauthorised collusion — colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or Sports Betting.
